“The campus-like complex of relatively modern buildings occupies a beautifully landscaped 150 acres site contiguous to the Penn Lincoln Parkway.  The Center occupies only about 5% of that acreage, adding materially to the considerable “green open Spaces” which enhance the Borough’s image.

That same requirement of green space is just one of the reasons that the Hillwood/Amazon project does not belong in Churchill.  All but a token green space will be destroyed.

If anyone has other historic documents let us know, we want to share as much of the history as possible.
